THAT’S INDEED FIRST RAY OF WISDOM FROM BENGAL

From those golden days of the victory procession of Robert Clive being showered rose petals on streets of Calcutta to actively facilitating grand entry of East India Company into British occupied India to 36 years long CPM rule under a mentally-sick despot Jyoti Basu to his female version for three terms…Bengal has come a long way after tarnishing outstanding legacies of Vande Mataram, SP Mukherjee, Khudiram and Netaji Bose. 

Better late than never is inappropriate. Better too late than impossible, is the appropriate one.

Congratulations Ma, Mati, Manush of Bharatavarsha. 

It’s going to be a very tough sailing in Bengal as felons are not going to take it easy. BJP regime shall be in choppy waters for the first term. Yes, I mean that, first term.

POLITICAL PATRIARCHY IS SACROSANCT FOR POLITICIANS

131 st Constitution Amendment Bill collapsed in Lok Sabha in spite of extra-ordinarily brilliant track record of political management exhibited by PM/HM team so far like abrogation of Article 370, Waqf Act, Triple Talaq etc. If it was a political gimmick to tackle state assembly elections, it was not at all politically wise to proceed in this manner and postpone the issue for years.   Why was it introduced so suddenly ?
