PRIME MINISTER NARENDRA MODI UNITED ‘PANCHAGAVYA’ COMMUNITY LIKE NEVER BEFORE

Hon. Prime Minister,

Namo Namaha. 

UGC Rules 2026 indeed were received as a rude shock by the ‘PanchaGavya’ community (Brhamana/Ksatriya/Vaishya/Bhumihar/Kayastha) that rattled not only the entire community but also sent shock-waves all over because you/BJP were least expected of the retrograde. I am intentionally refusing to divide Hindu-s into two categories of Savarna and non-Savarna as Shudra-s too are Savarana-s as enshrined in sanitized version of Manusmriti. Yes, Brhamana, Ksatriya. Vaishya and Shudra are members of the Varna order and they all are Savarna-s including OBCs. 

Under the umbrella of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ your Government have been behaving like ‘Sugar Daddy’ to an extra-ordinarily peace-loving community that emboldened them to practice your favourite Mantra ‘Bhaichara-Kutumbakam’ in every possible way with no visible confidence building measure to instil a strong sense of security in Panchagavya community. Hindu genocide of post-Bengal elections was as heinous as Moplah riots and your Government holds maximum share of blemish on their head. Then suddenly burst upon our face was abbreviated Communal Violence Bill of UPA as UGC Rules that forced us to revisit past and to our utter dismay, so many regressive decisions began surfacing which were indifferently ignored earlier and for that, PanchaGavya community must accept the blame as they ought to have protested much earlier. 

NCBC listed 365 castes/communities as added to the Central OBC list between 2014 and 2024 and it’s declared to be an ongoing exercise. In 1950, 607 was the number of SCs and now it’s 1200, STs grew from 241 to 744 while OBCs from 3000+ to 5000+ now. Where are these communities coming from ? Not a single community has been declared to have been uplifted or deleted so far from the list even after eight decades of reservations. Are we racing towards a Backward Bharata in real terms or ‘Viksit Bharata’ ? Is the reservation policy indeed the right policy towards ‘Viksit Bharata’ or the best way to decimate a community by goading them to become parasitic on others forever ? Hope you are aware there is ONLY one certified tribal community in the country-Jarawas of the Andamans as established by international anthropological studies widely available on internet. Hope you are also aware of the stark reality that Dr. Ambedkar had demanded reservations for SCs/STs only and only in Parliament and Assemblies just for ten years !! Massive fraud has been perpetrated by the NGO Congress of Nehru-Gandhi-Vadra Dynasty by thrusting it everywhere and BJP/RSS have been proudly carrying on with the destructive legacy.  

The Government led by you have authored a heroic track-record of Ambedkars agenda of SC/ST/OBC appeasement. Reservation in promotions and backlogs, 73% in MP, 64.5% in NEET, Sainik Schools, postage stamp on Phules who derided Sanatana Dharma, Bharata-Ratna for Dr. Ambedkar who expressed his desire to burn the Constitution, national shutdown on Ambedkar Jayanti, Panchayats, Employment Guarantee Schemes, PM Awas Yojana, bank loans, for Pasmanda Muslims, draconian SC/ST Act amendment, Constitutional status for Quota bodies etc. are already done while wind is blowing for reservation in private sector too. Are those not a monumental blot on the face of this great nation loaded with talent and extra-ordinary capabilities ? Are you bent upon destroying the nation in the name of ‘Viksit Bharata’ ? You didn’t even muster courage to scrap Minorities Commission, yet another Congressi treachery. How is that you do not feel ashamed in sending ‘Chadar’ for the brutal Hindu-killer/Hindu-rapist every year ? Why is that you are so particular about obliterating all marks of oppressive British slavery but not filthy blots and symbols of dastardly Mughal brutalities ?  

Either you have visualised a ‘Vishvaguru’ Bharata under 100% reservation on lines of Bihar of Lallu-Rabdi/UP of Akhilesh Yadava or you have a grand plan to provoke PanchaGavya community to unite and transform themselves into a solid vote-bank, then target-shoot reservation with the barrel of your decisions resting on shoulders of Supreme Court to consolidate Vote-matrix and avoid being accused of any issue whatsoever. What are you after with this Gandhian cowardice ? Is that the right way instead of delivering right messages over a period like a legendary statesman to persuade and prepare the nation to shrug off manacles of this social evil to become a meritocratic nation practising ‘Unity In Uniformity’ ? The dubious smartness that you have adopted has already unleashed a very dangerous type of Jehad-Quota Jehad heavily relying on the draconian SC/ST Act with General Category girls being targeted and a Pujari being slaughtered in Sidhi district of my home state of MP. Such developments are extremely worrisome. Undoubtedly, you have united the ‘Panchagavya’ community like never before which would have been an uphill task otherwise. Is that your ‘parting kick’ to the nation ?     

BJP always castigated Congress for having Education Ministers from a Mecca born Maulana who was not even ‘madarsa-chhaap’ to Leftists like Nurul Hasan followed by Kapil Sibal who wanted to erase Hindi numbers altogether but how is the track-record of your Government any better ? What sort of people have you been appointing as Education Ministers inviting snide remarks even on your own education ? What sort of advisors do you have ? It’s disgusting indeed. 

I wish and expect this message to hurt your conscience deeply so that right people are selected by you for every job and not merely RSS connection, wise advisors to show you the mirror of public perception instead of the brigade of sycophants chanting all the time ‘Yashasvi’, ‘Charan Pujaniya’, ‘Param Pujya’ so on and so forth.
